You will be responsible for building and improving product experiences for people that play a critical part in the freight and logistics industry to ensure that containers being imported or exported are moved efficiently, that data captured throughout the movement of containers is used to create value for our customers and for OneStop to create valuable products and services. You will meld creative product thinking, a thirst for learning, with a data informed decision making. As Group Product Manager you will: Build out the product strategy, product workplan and the supporting roadmap for your squads ensuring that all product work delivers business impact. You will ensure your roadmap, and resulting delivery plan, are balanced with the appropriate product work e.g. features, growth initiatives, scaling. Collaborate with a product team of developers, business analysts, delivery lead and designer that lead to high quality experiences that deliver significant business impact. Become an authority on your product area and identify areas of opportunity through research and data. Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI/ML within the product portfolio, collaborating with the Head of Product and Technology teams to assess feasibility and potential impact. Partner with the Commercial team to better understand what drives your KPIs. Define, understand and improve key product and feature metrics that support your KPIs. Own features and experiments end-to-end, including writing product specs, driving cross functional execution, making thoughtful product decisions along the way, and sharing insights and results throughout the company. Measuring the quality of your teams work through quantitative and qualitative feedback. Work closely with our customers to understand their needs, obtain product feedback and optimise the customer journey. Continually research current and emerging market trends and technologies, with a focus on competitor analysis and market positioning. Present to key stakeholders and the business showcases and monthly updates. Be a mentor to others in the product team, sharing your experience and knowledge, suggesting options and guiding decisions. What we’re looking for? Depth of experience with 5+ years leading major product initiatives across multiple B2B products. You can take rough times and big ideas and turn them into a product workplan, roadmap linked to strategic pillars, an experiment map, and research with minimal guidance. Business Impact focus and a consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users, customers and the business. Strong prioritisation skills ensuring that your product workplan is focused on high impact, urgent and commercially feasible product work. Data minded wherever possible. You deeply understand how your products work and how to measure long term impact. You understand the value of data capture and value creation. Ability to think big and small to build a portfolio of features and experiments. You are comfortable whiteboarding a completely new experience as you are optimizing an existing flow. Product interaction and craftsmanship. You will own every product interaction across your remit and should show the attention to detail this responsibility deserves. Natural leadership. You’ll know how to influence people, collaborate, get buy-in as required, to get things done. People will enjoy working with you. Stakeholder management is a core part of your forte. Regular written and verbal communication, that is clear and effective, will be required to ensure you are aligned with your internal and external stakeholders and customers. What’s next?
