About the Role We are looking for a high-performing, self-directed Account Executive to take ownership of a large portfolio of Sitecore’s Commercial accounts in the ANZ region. This is a farming role, but we want someone who thinks like a builder, acts like a seller, and puts the customer at the centre of the conversation. You will drive sales and growth, uncover new opportunities, and help customers unlock the full value of Sitecore’s digital experience platform. What You’ll Do Own and manage a high volume of commercial accounts, focusing on retention, growth, and customer success Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal motions with urgency and precision Build trusted relationships virtually with decision-makers and key influencers Identify whitespace opportunities and proactively expand Sitecore's footprint at the account Collaborate across teams: Customer Success, Marketing, Product—to drive account strategy and execution Hit and exceed revenue, be able to manage a high level of customer facing activities and meet the performance KPIs consistently What You Need to Succeed Experience within a SaaS sales or business development setting, account management highly advantageous Demonstrable commercial instincts and a consultative, customer-first approach Excellent communication and virtual selling skills Strong English language skills – verbally and in writing Consultative approach and a problem‑solving mindset Thrive in high‑volume, high‑opportunity environments with the energy to match Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart Ambitious and see this as an opportunity to grow into a larger role as you progress within enterprise sales Business development experience is highly relevant Proficient with modern sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.) Additional Information As a step in our recruitment process, all final candidates will undergo a personal profiling assessment to help us understand potential future employees.
