About the Role We are looking for a Remuneration and Benefits Specialist to shape the future of how we reward our global workforce. Working as part of our Global People Team, you will manage and enhance Intrepid’s total rewards programs, coordinating annual cycles such as salary reviews and bonus payouts, conducting job evaluations, managing salary surveys and preparing compliance reports, and supporting global benefits initiatives. You’ll collaborate across regions and departments, translating data into insights, and contributing to projects that strengthen equity, transparency, and engagement across our global team. Responsibilities You’ll join a passionate, curious, and driven team that believes in doing things differently. This role will elevate world‑class employee experiences through annual benefits reviews, process improvement and compliance reporting on global remuneration. Desired Experience 3+ years’ experience in Total Rewards, ideally in a regional or global capacity Skilled in job evaluation, preferably the Hay methodology Well versed in salary survey submissions Experienced in salary structure development Strong project management and analytical skills, with high attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SuccessFactors desirable Diversity & Inclusion Intrepid is made up of 71 nationalities in over 30 countries, and we recognise that diversity makes us a stronger business.
