Business Development Manager - Gold Coast Vision Intelligence is the leading provider of mobile surveillance solutions in Australia and New Zealand. With more than 20 national branches, we serve over 2,000 regular clients. We are committed to our customers, environment and our people. Due to our accelerated growth strategy we are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager based in our Gold Coast office. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a high-profile brand supplying products and services to government, commercial, industrial, property management, mining and domestic building sectors. The successful candidate will be tasked in leveraging our existing customer base and establishing new markets for our expanding range of technology-based hire products. Key Responsibilities Generating repeat and new business (including cold calling) Management of existing accounts and development of new accounts Identifying opportunities to promote/market a range of products and services Providing exceptional (WOW) service to customers Quotations for customers and potential customers Developing tailored solutions to service customer requirements Winning tenders and quotes Weekly reporting on Business and Market Activity Our ideal candidate will have: Proven sales experience (previous exposure to hire, construction, civil, government would be advantageous) Reliable transport (car allowance included in salary package) Willingness to travel around the region as required Ability to obtain a security license This role would be well suited if you are: Motivated, hardworking and able to work autonomously Well presented with outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills Tech savvy Results orientated Able to work as part of a small team We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter with a “can do” approach and a strong focus on customer service.
