We are the leading smash repair business in the region & do repairs for all leading insurance companies as well as private work involving all types of motor vehicle repair. The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Estimator to join our expanding team at Graeme Hull Smash Repairs, Wagga Wagga. You will become part of our new expanded second site and part of a large, welcoming team. Permanent position. Monday to Friday with overtime available for those wanting more. Previous panel industry experience a must. Apply, come in for a chat or contact us on 3***. Role Responsibilities Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers. Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures. Complete quotes as required onsite, off-site and online. Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging. Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost effectiveness as required. Manage suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner. Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition. Hand over completed repairs to customers. Does this sound like you? Previous collision repair industry experience (Essential) Strong commitment to working safely. Good attitude, with excellent communication skills. High attention to detail. Reliable, hard working and a team player.
