Client Services Officer

We are seeking a Client Services Officer to join our dynamic Financial Planning team at I-Think Financial Group Pty Ltd in Burwood East, VIC. The role offered can be either Part Time or Full Time. As a client Services Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Financial Planners, ensuring our clients receive a seamless and personalized experience. What you'll be doing Assisting Financial Planners with client onboarding, document preparation, and follow-up tasks Prepare advice documents for client meetings, including ROAs, research, applications forms, and supporting paperwork. This includes reviewing and lodging SOA requests with the adviser to our paraplanning team in need. Implement financial advice by lodging and actioning recommended strategies Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and information in our database Manage client service requests, including document preparation and claims handling Prepare client correspondence, such as letters, emails, and reports Ensure compliance standards are met across the company and licensee Maintain strong client communication, providing updates on advice implementation, requests, and ongoing claims Respond to client inquiries and provide first-line support, answering questions and resolving issues What we're looking for At least 2 years of experience in a client services role within the financial planning industry Have a sound knowledge of the financial planning process Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues Strong prioritization and time management skills Committed to exceptional client service Proficient in using Microsoft 365, XPlan software A focused team player Relevant tertiary qualifications or certifications in financial services or a related field would be highly regarded What we offer At I-Think Financial Group, we value our employees and strive to create a supportive and rewarding work environment.
