PROJECT COORDINATOR | High End Residential Building Rentoule Projects is a growing residential building company in Canberra specialising in high quality renovations, extensions and boutique new builds. We are building a strong team, clear processes and a culture that takes pride in producing excellent work. We are now looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Site Manager and Director across the planning and delivery of multiple residential projects. This is a key role that will help stabilise operations and support our next stage of growth. This is not a passive admin job. You will become the organisational centre of the business. What you will be responsible for Scheduling and Planning Build and maintain project schedules using Buildertrend or similar software Coordinate weekly and fortnightly work plans Track critical path items and flag risks early Schedule sub trades and confirm availability Assist with preparing look ahead schedules for the team Procurement and Materials Order materials and organise deliveries Track lead times and ensure materials arrive ahead of program Manage purchase orders and supplier communication Work with lead hands and site staff to confirm site readiness Project Administration Maintain project documentation, drawings and variations Assist with quality checklists and compliance documentation Prepare client updates and assist with communication Support the Director with progress claim preparation and contract admin Manage project records in the client portal Coordination and Communication Act as the communication link between office and site Prepare information for the weekly rhythm meeting Follow up sub trades, suppliers and consultants Ensure the right information reaches the right person at the right time Support the Site Manager with planning and problem solving What we are looking for You do not need to be an expert. You do need to be organised, proactive and switched on.
