Join to apply for the Project Coordinator, ICH role at The Australian National University Classification: ANU Officer 6/7 (Administration) Salary package: $95,987 - $110,489 per annum (pro‑rate) plus 17% superannuation Terms: Part time (21 hours per week), Fixed term (up to 14 months) Position overview The ANU Institute for Communication in Health Care (ICH) is an internationally renowned research institute focusing on healthcare communication research. Its goal is to transform healthcare communication to improve patient safety and the quality of healthcare practice worldwide. ICH is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to coordinate the ICH projects and support its strategic direction to maximise sustainability and research impact. The position is a challenging, rewarding combination of overseeing internal project work and strategically and proactively supporting new relationships and funding arrangements. Responsibilities Coordinate ICH research projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives. Support internal stakeholders, including research teams, to plan, execute, and report on project activities. Develop and maintain project documentation, budgets, and timelines. Identify and pursue funding opportunities and build relationships with partners to advance ICH research. Promote communication best practices across the institute and external stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience Applicants should have demonstrated project coordination experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in healthcare communication research or related fields and knowledge of grant application processes.
