Construction Project Manager

About the Role Our Government client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support the delivery of a range of residential projects, from medium density to large-scale urban renewal projects. Reporting to the Director Delivery Southern, you’ll oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are well-planned, financially sound and delivered on time and within budget. Key Accountabilities Manage residential projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring quality, cost, and time objectives are met. Provide expert advice on project planning, procurement, and reporting. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and government agencies. Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure governance and compliance standards are upheld. Prepare reports, briefings, and documentation to support strategic decision-making. Skills and Experience Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Property Developmentor related field. Strong understanding of government processes and statutory requirements. Knowledge of property, construction, and development practices. Demonstrated experience managing projects with accountability for budgets and stakeholder engagement. Willingness to travel to regional NSW locations as required.
