Drive quality, consistency and innovation in legal content Flexible hybrid model (4:1) Newly created role with firm wide impact We are representing a leading national law firm seeking an experienced Knowledge Counsel to spearhead the development and optimisation of its legal content and knowledge assets. This strategic role sits at the intersection of law, innovation and process improvement—enhancing efficiency, quality and collaboration across multiple practice groups. The Role You’ll play a key role in leading knowledge strategy, content management and innovation initiatives, including: Developing, maintaining and refining core legal content and precedents Establishing and enforcing firm wide house style and drafting standards Partnering with practice groups to define knowledge priorities and capture key know-how Managing content governance, taxonomy and quality assurance processes Driving adoption of legal technology and content automation tools Acting as a trusted advisor on best practices for legal drafting and knowledge sharing This is a rare opportunity to influence firm wide legal excellence and innovation from within. About You You will be a qualified lawyer with substantial experience in legal drafting, content development or knowledge management, ideally within a law firm or corporate legal function. You’ll also have: Deep understanding of legal practice and workflow optimisation Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality drafting Proven project management and change leadership experience Familiarity with legal tech platforms and knowledge systems (highly regarded) You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment where innovation, precision and continuous improvement are key.
