Ecoset Australia — Role Summary Ecoset Australia is a premier Australian wholesaler and distributor specialising in high-quality flooring and flooring products. As the owner of the Ecoset brand, the Company offers the healthiest range of flooring materials in Australia, including RCS (Respirable Crystalline Silica) hazard-free levellers and Greenstar-certified adhesives. Our product portfolio includes engineered flooring, floor leveling compounds, adhesives, acoustic underlays, floor sealers, primers and floor protection. With a strong commitment to quality and sustainability, Ecoset Australia has built a reputation as a trusted name in the industry. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a National Business Development Manager based in Surry Hills, NSW with flexibility for some occasional interstate work. The individual will focus on driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding market share. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies with all franchisees, managing accounts, driving revenue growth, and acting as a key representative of the company at industry events and meetings. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, and account management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify market opportunities and implement effective strategies. Knowledge of the flooring industry is preferred. Knowledge of E1 (Estimate 1) for projects is an advantage. Experience with marketing strategies and techniques to enhance customer engagement and drive sales #J-18808-Ljbffr
