Printing Sales Account Manager

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this full-time Printing Sales Account Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to join the talented team at Screen Offset Printing in Brisbane. In this position, you will be responsible for managing your own established lists of clients while also proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities within the printing and signage industry. What you’ll be doing Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their printing needs and provide tailored solutions Generate new sales leads, pitch and close deals with prospective clients Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to ensure client satisfaction and retention Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client projects What we’re looking for Proven track record of successful sales experience, within the printing and signage industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to deliver the best outcomes for clients Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently Familiar with printing processes, equipment and industry regulations What we offer At Screen Offset Printing, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
