About the Role: We are seeking a Finance and Payroll Officer with strong, hands‑on experience across accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month‑end support. Pronto and payroll experience are essential. You’ll be joining a small and supportive finance team where collaboration and initiative are highly valued. This role is well‑suited to someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable taking ownership of their work, and likes contributing to continuous improvement across finance processes. This position offers excellent development opportunities, starting as maternity leave cover with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. About You: Experienced accounts all‑rounder (AP, AR, and month‑end assistance) Pronto experience – essential Payroll experience – essential Team-focused, with strong communication skills Confident working independently when required Background in a broad, hands‑on accounting role, ideally within a small team Enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment with a mix of responsibilities High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset About Us: Westfill Pty Ltd is part of the Westfill Group – a growing consortium of specialist companies providing end‑to‑end support across the mining sector.
