We are seeking a motivated Part Time Guest Services Agent to join our team at our beautiful holiday parks along the Sunshine Coast. Sunshine Coast Holiday Parks are a premier destination for families and travelers seeking a memorable experience in a beautiful setting. Job Description As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued throughout their stay. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience while handling enquiries, reservations and guest concerns. The ideal candidate will have a holistic approach and experience to holiday park operations including an ability to close a sale. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes Provide information about the park's amenities, activities and local attractions Handle reservations and manage guest enquiries via phone, email and in person Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback Assist with administrative tasks as needed Requirements Previous experience in guest services or similar customer-facing roles is advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Proficient in using computer systems and reservation software (RMS) Own reliable transport (car) along with flexibility to work at various holiday parks Availability every second weekend A friendly, positive attitude and a passion for helping others How to Apply If you are enthusiastic at providing excellent service and making guests feel at home, we would love to hear from you Please send your resume and cover letter to *********@schp.au .
