Design & Build are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of architecturally designed residential projects valued up to $3m. In this role, you will oversee a team of Project Managers and manage the full construction lifecycle, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard. Responsibilities Oversee and support a team of Project Managers across 3-6 live projects Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard Lead, motivate, and develop the construction team Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships Drive safe work practices and uphold company standards across all sites Work closely with the Director to support ongoing growth and business performance Maintain team performance to company expectations Implement and maintain systems and processes to increase efficiency The ideal candidate Proven experience delivering architecturally designed residential projects valued $2m+ Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines effectively Strong leadership, communication, and people‑management skills Solid understanding of construction codes, regulations, and compliance Highly organised with excellent time‑management skills and a strong work ethic Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulatory requirements For any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Bree Wiltshire on or click apply.
