We are currently seeking a Training and Support Office Administrator who provides high‑quality administrative support across Rosewood’s training and reception functions based at our Mt Hawthorn Support Office. The Position Our key responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for the Support Office, managing reception, phone, and email enquiries with professionalism. Coordinate mail, stationery, supplies, and assist with internal events, meetings, and celebrations. Provide general administrative support across departments, maintaining confidentiality and organisation of office and digital systems. Support the Training & Development team with training coordination, reminders, materials preparation, and event logistics. Maintain accurate training and compliance records, assist with reports and audits, and update mandatory training data. Assist with education data collection, surveys, and KPI reporting to support informed decision‑making. Contribute to process improvements, document control, and continuous quality initiatives. About You To be successful in the position you will need: Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative or education support role Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset Advance organisational and data management skills Strong ability to manage competing priorities An understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards Experience within the aged care, healthcare, or not‑for‑profit sector is desirable but not essential.
