This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and confident managing accounts in a construction/building environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end accounts receivable using Xero Issue invoices and follow up outstanding payments Firmly and professionally manage due dates with builders Understand and administer contract payment terms Manage retention claims and related documentation Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate AR records Liaise with internal teams and external clients as required About You Proven experience in Accounts Receivable Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with Xero (essential) Experience within construction/building industry highly regarded Excellent written and spoken English Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and reliable Innovative thinker with strong initiative Confident, professional, and able to follow up payments firmly but respectfully What We Offer Flexible part‑time or full‑time opportunity Supportive team environment Stable role with long‑term potential Dandenong‑based office If you are motivated, confident, and experienced in accounts receivable—particularly within construction—we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
