What you'll contribute to Manage workflow and resources to drive productivity and results within a dynamic, high‑output Collections Centre. Develop an employee‑oriented team culture that emphasizes high performance, quality, continuous improvement, retention, and development. How you'll make an impact Provide oversight and direction to employees in accordance with TFA policies and procedures. Create meaningful engagement with senior Operations leadership to foster a culture of change. Promote change‑management initiatives and serve as a change advocate across the Operations Centre. Coach, mentor, motivate, and develop staff, including overseeing new‑employee onboarding and career development. Accountably manage performance levels of a designated Collections team, covering issue management to agents, repossessions, and insurance functions. Prepare management reporting as required and develop and communicate a business plan for Collections teams to leadership. Conduct annual compliance audits on the Mercantile Agent Panel and review controls against legislative requirements. Maintain effective relationships and manage costs within the Mercantile Agent Panel, providing performance management and reporting. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders interacting with the Collections Centre. Attributes – Qualifications Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team. Experience and exposure within a Collections environment. Knowledge of basic economics, budgeting, and accounting principles and practices. General knowledge of employment laws, practices, and employee relations. Evidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality. #J-18808-Ljbffr
