Responsibilities Lead the VIC West Territory Manager sales role as part of a regional sales team. Promote and sell medical equipment within a specific geographical territory, increase market share and penetration, and maintain positive client relations. Provide timely and expert customer advice and efficient after‑sales support; project‑manage sales, delivery, and installation in coordination with a technical service and sales team. Achieve sales budget profitably and support the company's customer‑satisfaction goals, including ensuring prompt customer payment. Develop a written plan to meet annual sales targets; carry out formal product presentations, attend exhibitions, and help organise promotional events. Develop and manage a program of customer visits to major potential buyers, determine needs, demonstrate products (including technical descriptions and applications); maintain a CRM database. Continuously update knowledge of the company's and competitors' products and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote products. Quote and negotiate prices, prepare contracts, and record orders. Provide after‑sales support, such as applications and maintenance training. Qualifications Ideally a relevant degree or certificate in science or healthcare. Demonstrated experience in a similar sales role in the medical device industry, or related healthcare sales experience. Strong understanding of the sales process with high personal drive and ability to work independently. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; permanent resident or citizen of Australia. Intermediate to advanced computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to communicate the features and benefits of complex technical products, including related software solutions, to customers.
