About the Role We are looking for a proactive and tech‑savvy Chinese‑speaking Marketing & Administration Coordinator to help grow our client base and strengthen engagement with Chinese‑speaking clients. You’ll be responsible for creating marketing content, responding to client enquiries, assisting with translation‑related coordination, and maintaining customer data to support ongoing business growth. Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential clients and partnership opportunities. Create, schedule, and publish engaging marketing content across social media platforms, digital campaigns, and the company website. Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat (both B2C and B2B). Handle client correspondence and assist with translation‑related coordination. Maintain accurate records of sales, client feedback, and marketing activity. Perform other reasonable administrative tasks as required. Requirements Must be proficient in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese). Passionate about copywriting, social media, and digital marketing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
