VDG Services is a privately owned Australian company specialising in providing Cleaning and Associated Services to Industrial Properties, Educational Institutions, Commercial and Government Institutions, International Passenger Terminals, Shopping Centres, Retail Department Stores, 5 Star Hotels, World Class multi-purpose Event, Entertainment and Accommodation Precincts. About the role This role will be based at our Head Office located in Southwest Sydney. Part Time role, hours will be between Monday and Sunday. The ideal candidate will be reliable and honest, and exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to prioritise daily tasks. The ideal person will also be capable of working independently. This position has the possibility of being a work from home role for the right candidate after all necessary training has been provided. Key Responsibilities Receiving and logging work order requests. Liaising with our clients and staff over the phone / email and answering any queries. Actioning work order requests to ensure cleaners have been dispatched to correct location. Following up Adhoc requests with the cleaning team and clients. Following all requests through, from the initial request being received, to when the job has been completed. Skills and Experience Dispatch experience is preferred. Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite is essential. Professional phone manner and communication skills both written and verbal. A strong work ethic and attention to detail. Team player and able to pick up systems quickly. On site training will be provided for the right candidate.
