See yourself in our team The AUSIEX marketing team is responsible for the end-to‑end marketing strategy and execution across the business, driving client acquisition and engagement. The team collaborates across the business to deliver measurable results, crafting clear and compelling messaging and campaigns that connect with our audiences. The team is in an exciting phase of growth and evolution With the launch of new products and the integration of the fixed‑income division, FIIG, there are a number of new projects underway that provide this role with plenty of opportunities to lead and support. What will you be doing This role is based in Sydney or Brisbane and will have accountability for: Support the engagement, retention and cross‑sell of customers through the development and delivery of customer communications including newsletters, website notices, emails and letters Contribute to the development and execution of the AUSIEX Marketing Plan by identifying new opportunities, channels and tactics for customer acquisition, retention and cross‑sell, seeking continuous performance improvements driven by insight and analytics Design, deliver and analyse traditional and digital marketing projects that drive the acquisition of new business, brand recognition or communicate to advisers/clients about important compliance, regulatory and product changes Craft high‑quality, compelling, and customer‑centric written content for multiple channels – including email, web, social media, and print – ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand and regulatory requirements Represent marketing in projects as required and take ownership of project marketing and communication requirements Engage with Distribution, Product, Compliance and Legal teams to obtain relevant sign‑offs to drive action Contribute to the management, development and maintenance of advertising, forms, merchandise, presentations and stationery ensuring we present a consistent face to the customer in all channels Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to identify, size and prioritise data required for eDM and direct mail campaigns Support build and management of the online presence for AUSIEX and other white label microsites and digital campaign assets Brief and liaise with external partner advertising agencies to manage campaigns that further promote AUSIEX’s position in the marketplace amongst financial planners and B2B/Insto partners Contribute to the management of content and promotion across the AUSIEX and white label websites Discover and develop sponsorship opportunities, as well as project manage several large‑scale client and industry events annually Be a passionate customer advocate with an eye for productivity We’d love to hear from passionate people who have: A minimum 7 years’ proven marketing experience Experience across acquisition, retention and cross‑sell, as well as above‑the‑line and below‑the‑line disciplines Proven ability to deliver a superior client experience through the development and execution of effective client communications Experience across a broad range of marketing channels including print, direct, online and email Tertiary Marketing, Communications or Finance qualification Strong written communication skills Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills Ability to problem solve Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills We want to help grow your skills and develop your career with us If this sounds like you – apply today Inclusion and diversity Inclusion and diversity are part of who we are.
