Operations & Product Orchestrator

**Your role in the Team’s Success** As Operations & Product Orchestrator, you'll own the planning, coordination, and tracking that turns strategic initiatives into successful outcomes. You'll be hands-on with project administration - building plans, maintaining RAIDD logs, chasing inputs, and reporting progress - whilst facilitating collaboration across divisions and countries. This role sits at the intersection of execution and strategy, where your coordination work directly enables IG Australia's growth ambitions across core product developments, product innovation, and operational automation.Your days will be beautifully chaotic. One morning you might be deep in the weeds of an AI implementation, mapping out requirements and coordinating with global tech teams. By afternoon, you're facilitating a stakeholder meeting about a potential partnership opportunity, translating complex strategic concepts into actionable next steps. You'll spend significant time gathering project scope, but this isn't just admin work - you're the person who asks the right questions that others miss, who spots the dependencies that could derail timelines, and who keeps everyone aligned when competing priorities emerge.**What you’ll need for this role****Key Qualification Requirements:** - 3-5 years of hands-on project management or project coordination experience, ideally in financial services, technology, or similarly complex environments- Strong facilitation skills with ability to run productive workshops and coordinate across multiple stakeholders and divisionsExcellent communication skills with experience managing competing priorities and maintaining stakeholder alignment- Experience with change management principles and coordinating complex initiatives that span multiple teams or countriesWe believe that diversity is vital to success, it fuels creativity, drives innovation and sets us up for global success.
