Trainer & Assessor - Procurement & Contracting - NSW - Remote Join UNE Partnerships (RTO 6754) as a Trainer & Assessor in Procurement & Contracting. This remote contractor role delivers the PSP50616 Diploma of Procurement and Contracting through online and occasional in‑person sessions. The Opportunity You will design, deliver and assess training that combines practical industry relevance with adult learning principles, working autonomously while collaborating with the UNE Partnerships team. What You’ll Be Doing Assess student work, giving constructive feedback that builds confidence and competence. Deliver engaging online webinars that make procurement concepts accessible and practical. Provide personalised support via phone, email and online platforms to ensure every learner feels supported. Reach out proactively to at‑risk students, offering creative solutions and encouragement. Develop tailored Learning Support Plans for students with diverse needs. Collaborate with program and academic staff to improve outcomes and innovate delivery methods. About You Essential Requirements TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher qualification in Adult/Vocational Education). Diploma in Procurement & Contracting or equivalent. Proven experience delivering and assessing VET programs to individuals and groups. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and engagement strategies for online learners. Current, relevant industry experience in Procurement & Contracting. Experience in data analysis and preparing report submissions. Competency using Learning Management Systems (e.g. Moodle) and virtual classroom platforms (e.g. Zoom). Excellent time management and ability to prioritise competing demands. Highly Valued Qualifications in Leadership & Management, Government and/or Program Management. Advanced Diploma of Procurement and Contracting.
