Planetary Healing Artists Association of Australia Inc – Albert Park VIC The Planetary Healing Artists Association is a not‑for‑profit organisation based in Albert Park, working largely with the community of the City of Port Phillip and the broader community. Membership extends throughout Melbourne with some members also living internationally. The Association holds annual art exhibitions and events with the aim of promoting world peace, social and environmental sustainability. Mission Statement "Planetary Healing Artists Association of Australia Inc.'s key purpose is to encourage creativity through art and performance, sharing the spirit of peace and harmony. We achieve this by organising cultural and community exhibitions and events which nurture greater social unity. We are committed to heal and protect our planet and all of its inhabitants." Duties and Responsibilities Assessing organisational volunteer requirements, recruitment responsibilities including attraction, retention and replacement. Developing, evaluating and managing a volunteer induction process. Developing and managing policies, procedures and standards for volunteers. Managing the volunteer database and roster (ongoing and during special events). Arranging training and education opportunities. Conducting on‑going skills audits. Developing and promoting innovative ways to recognise and reward volunteer efforts. Co‑ordinating volunteer communications such as social functions and newsletters. Attending events. Reviewing position descriptions and application forms. Category Arts & Culture Commitment Regular - more than 6 months Type Of Work Administration & Office Management Time Required Minimum 2 hours per week either at our office or remotely but must be Melbourne based.
