Requirements Flexible hours available 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role Expected salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year Sponsorship opportunities available for 407 and 482 VISA Salary negotiable within the Federal Award with a range of $65,000-$80,000 plus superannuation Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Ensure the preparation of dishes is of a high standard and aligns with Six Degrees’ creative flair Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment, following health and safety regulations Collaborate with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service Work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, especially during busy periods like live music nights Qualifications and Experience Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Qualified Chef Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen safety, and hygiene practices Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure during busy service periods Passion for food, creativity in cooking, and a keen eye for detail Strong teamwork and communication skills Available to work a rotating roster including weekends What We Offer A vibrant and energetic work environment Opportunities for growth and career progression within the company Negotiable pay rates within the Federal Award, based on your skills and experience How to Apply If you are ready to take your career to the next level and believe you are the right fit for our team, we would love to hear from you Candidates must apply via the link below for their application to be considered.
