About the Role We’re looking for a Marketing & Office Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a varied role combining creative marketing tasks with essential office and sales support. If you’re organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. What You’ll Do Create basic copy for brochures, flyers, and email campaigns. Design promotional postcards and marketing collateral. Update and manage website content using WordPress. Monitor marketing metrics and assist with campaign reporting. Conduct market research and maintain clean marketing lists. Obtain feedback and reviews from customers. Coordinate printing and distribution of marketing materials. Assist with client quotes and proposals. Support accounting tasks and monthly billing processes. Update and maintain CRM records accurately. Manage and close service tickets in the company’s system. Communicate professionally with internal teams and external vendors. Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory management. Coordinate with suppliers to update warranty and service information. Track renewals for contracts, domains, SSL, and licences; maintain warranty registers. Pre-check licence counts before monthly billing and flag anomalies. Assist internal sales with client follow-up. What We’re Looking For Strong written communication and basic copywriting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva or similar design tools. Basic WordPress skills for content updates. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. A proactive, team-oriented attitude. Experience is not essential – if you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide training and support. Minimum qualification of Diploma or Certificate III or higher required.
