Sales Support Associate – Garmin Australasia We are looking for a Sales Support Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for building relationships with assigned accounts to promote the Garmin brand, order processing, and providing an exceptional level of support and customer service to our dealers and business partners. Key Responsibilities Establish, develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. Develop territory and manage accounts through internal tracking and coordination in a team environment. Meet Order Management goals and objectives set by Garmin management. Answer and handle customer phone calls, faxes, and emails to ensure customer requests are processed. Accurately enter orders into Oracle, verifying that customer purchase orders match Oracle sales orders and communicate any variances to the customer. Inform customer of unit prices, shipping dates, inventory availability, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer. Follow up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates, run open orders report as requested. Process and follow up with customer requests, inquiries, and complaints in a timely manner. Communicate with Order Analyst, Sales, Finance, Logistics, and any other personnel needed to assist in the processing of the customer orders and inquiries. Issue Return Material Authorisations and credit memos when applicable. Compile statistics and prepare various reports for management as requested. Maintain open and honest communication with department supervisor and/or manager. Attend meetings and training sessions as required. Education, Experience, & Skills Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience performing a customer service or inside sales role substantially similar to the essential functions of this job description. Proven track record in meeting established goals, team-oriented, with a positive attitude and ability to work well with others. Strong and effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task in a flexible, fast-paced and challenging environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills. Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
