If so, we’d love to hear from you. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver a diverse range of events that celebrate achievement, foster community connection, and showcase the MGGS experience. From large‑scale functions and award nights to performing arts productions and intimate gatherings, no two days will be the same. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the end‑to‑end delivery of events, including logistics, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Manage invitations, RSVPs, ticketing, catering, AV, and venue bookings. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure every detail is covered. Oversee event‑day operations and ensure a high‑quality experience for all attendees. Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote events across digital and print channels. Prepare post‑event reports and feedback to drive continuous improvement. About You Proven experience in planning and delivering successful events of varying scale and style such as sponsored or philanthropic events. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Acrobat. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally. Proficiency in event planning tools, CRM databases, and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and attention to detail. Flexibility to work outside standard hours for events.
