Executive Assistant to Executive Director Community Wellbeing The City of Swan is seeking an experienced and highly capable professional to step into a diverse and rewarding role providing business support to our Executive Director Community Wellbeing. The Community Wellbeing Divisional services promotes inclusion, community growth, place activation and health and wellbeing for people and places within the community. Working in a fast paced, politically sensitive environment, you will be the trusted liaison between the Council members, Executive Team, business unit Managers and other major stakeholders. Your ability to anticipate needs, communicate effectively as well as your ability to analyse data and prepare reports and presentations will ensure success in this role. As the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director Community Wellbeing, you will: Provide high level diary and active correspondence management and coordination Draft, prepare and organise written information and correspondence on behalf of your Executive Director Prioritise and provide responses and actions to all requests Provide a business development and business improvement supporting role across the Division Undertake research, benchmarking, policy reviews and prepare reports and presentations Undertake statistical analysis and research as directed by your Executive Director About you The successful candidate will have the following: Exceptional organisational skills. With a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure Strong organisational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and response Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability Demonstrated skills in data analysis, research, policy development and report writing Tertiary degree in a relevant area such as Commerce, Arts, or equivalent experience A satisfactory National Police Certificate is required. About working with us The salary for this position will be from $84,485.93 to $100,282.66 per annum, depending on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
