Own and maintain traditional uniform and knives. Requirements Trade qualified with three or more years’ experience. Possess a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. Can produce consistent quality and has a positive, ‘can do’ attitude. Have experience in quality a‑la‑carte dining. Have a keen eye with high attention to detail.
