This full‑time role is based in Tullamarine and plays an important part in keeping operational, project and administrative activities running smoothly. You will work closely with project, site and office teams, ensuring information flows accurately, documentation is maintained, and tasks are completed with care and efficiency. This organisation also views administration as a strong pathway into broader opportunities such as project coordination, operations, sales and corporate services. Base Pay Range A$60,000.00/yr – A$65,000.00/yr Your Responsibilities Managing job registration activities and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete Supporting Site Managers and Project Coordinators to assist efficient project delivery Preparing, issuing and reviewing purchase orders in line with internal policies Maintaining job cost tracking, invoicing and financial records Supporting quality, safety and environmental compliance requirements Communicating effectively with internal teams, clients and suppliers Coordinating administrative processes that enhance operational accuracy and client experience Contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture Your Requirements You identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks Completion of Year 12; a Business or Administration qualification is highly regarded Experience working in a customer‑focused or project‑based environment Good proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and confidence using digital systems Strong written and verbal communication skills A collaborative mindset, willingness to support others and a positive, can‑do approach An interest in workplace design, furniture or the built environment is an advantage Your Perks A supportive employer committed to diversity, sustainability and Indigenous employment Structured career development pathways and opportunities to grow Work within an inclusive, engaged and people‑focused team Stable full‑time position with long‑term career potential How To Apply If this sounds like the perfect next step for you, we’d love to hear from you.
