BWE Drilling is a diversified drilling services contractor providing specialised drilling, blasting, exploration and waterwell drilling services in the mining and construction sectors through our three business units: Drill & Blast, Exploration and Waterwell.Across the BWE Drilling group we employ over 300 employees and are going through an unprecedented period of growth and expansion. Our BWE Drilling - Drill and Blast business unit provides full production drilling and specialty blasting services across the civil and mining industries. Our range of services are all performed with minimal disturbances to the surrounding environment and construction areas. What You’ll Do Provide high‑level administrative support to the site managers and project teams Manage site rosters, documentation and reporting Assist with timesheets, data entry, leave, accommodation and travel requests Ensuring all training documentation and matrices are up to date What You Bring 2 years’ previous experience in a FIFO/DIDO administrative role Experience with drill and blast mine sites in an administrative capacity Strong MS Office skills and ability to learn new systems Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work tasks Valid driver’s licence What We Offer 8 / 6 FIFO roster Employee referral bonus Paid offsite training Free EAP support services for you and your family How to Apply If you’re ready to join a team that values your experience and gives back with real benefits and career opportunities, apply now or contact us directly for a confidential chat.
