GroupSafetyandComplianceManager Join the Global Leader in Aesthetic Treatments – Lead Safety and Compliance Across Australia and other International Markets Laser Clinics Group is seeking an experienced Group Safety and Compliance Manager to work across our Medical, Safety, Legal and Risk & Compliance Teams, based at our North Sydney Support Office. This is a key organisational role that will oversee the group-wide work health & safety and compliance framework and embed culture of safety, compliance and integrity across our clinic network in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Canada. If you’re a safety or compliance professional with expertise across multi‑jurisdictional environments, and you’re ready to make an impact in a high-growth global business, this could be the role for you. What You’ll Do Lead Global Safety and Compliance Framework Implement, and maintain a global safety compliance programme, partnering with our legal, medical and operational teams to meet Group and local market requirements. Monitor regulatory developments and proactively manage compliance risks across multiple markets. Embed Compliance Culture Across the Group Design and deliver safety and operational compliance training, policies and awareness programs. Conduct risk assessments, internal audits, and thematic reviews to evaluate control effectiveness. Drive Continuous Improvement Oversee and evolve to best practice incident reporting, breach management, and remediation processes. Partner with Legal, Risk, HR, Clinical and Operations teams to ensure compliance is embedded into business‑as‑usual practices. Lead, or contribute to, investigations and manage various claims (Insurance, WHS, HR) from time to time. We’d Feel WOW if You Have : 8+ years’ experience in safety, compliance, risk, legal, or regulatory roles. Demonstrate a practical knowledge of safety, compliance and regulatory frameworks across Australia. Exposure to other countries regulatory environments, such as New Zealand, the UK or Canada is highly regarded. Exposure to health, franchising, privacy, or medical / cosmetic regulatory frameworks is also highly regarded. Proven success in designing and embedding safety compliance programmes in complex, multi‑site or franchisee environments. Tertiary qualifications in law, business, commerce, compliance, or a related field (industry certifications such as GRCI, IIA, ACAMS highly regarded).
