The Role would include: Drive new business growth by identifying and securing new clients across multiple sectors Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and tender submissions Conduct regular meetings with the CEO and management team to review targets, performance, and pipeline activity Represent the company professionally at networking events, meetings, and trade functions Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction Minimum 5 Years of experience providing Electronic Security Solutions Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's Extensive experience managing Client Accounts Sales focused and passionate about making a positive difference for customers and the business Experienced with selling Enterprise level Electronic Security Systems Victorian Drivers and Security Licence If you're ready to be part of a leading team, hit the Quick Apply button and come meet the team #J-18808-Ljbffr
