Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Job Description ICBM SERVICES PTY LTD is looking for an experienced Painting Trades Worker for our client's construction industry (residential homes, commercial buildings, and public spaces) across NSW and WA in Australia. The role is full‑time and you will be part of a multidisciplinary, well‑supported team. Title: Painting Trades Worker Salary: A$ 85,000.00 to 95,000.00 plus super Work Location: In person. Requirements Certificate 4 in Painting and Decorating Proven experience as a Painting Trades Worker for at least 2 years Knowledge of technical skills and attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Excellent problem‑solving abilities Responsibilities Surface Preparation: clean, sand, and prime surfaces before painting Application Techniques: proficiency in applying paint, varnish, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray guns Colour Mixing: ability to mix and match paint colours to achieve desired shades and finishes Tool Maintenance: maintain and store painting tools and equipment Lift and Carry Equipment: lift and carry heavy paint containers, ladders, and other equipment Dexterity: fine motor skills for precise painting and detail work Quality Control: ensure paint is applied evenly and surfaces are free from imperfections Finish work: attend to the finishing touches that enhance the overall appearance of painted surfaces Protective Gear: use masks, gloves, and other protective equipment to prevent exposure to harmful chemicals Work Environment: ensure proper ventilation and handling of hazardous materials Regulations: adhere to safety standards and regulations set by occupational safety authorities Cleaning equipment and work area If you would like to discuss the role further, please click APPLY and send an up‑to‑date CV.
