Base pay range A$1,100.00/day - A$1,250.00/day Location Brisbane, Queensland, Australia About the Role Our client in the education sector is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead Stage 1 of a multi‑year people systems consolidation program. This critical discovery and assessment phase will determine the suitability of SAP SuccessFactors for the migration of key enterprise functions, including Payroll (APay) and Learning Management Systems (LMS). This contract will suit a senior delivery leader with deep experience in SAP environments, payroll transformation, and complex integrations across large organisations. Long‑term multi‑year program People Systems Consolidation Program Responsibilities Lead Stage 1 of the people systems consolidation program Oversee assessment, analysis, and feasibility work for SAP SuccessFactors implementation Manage discovery for migrating Payroll (APay) and LMS into an integrated platform Drive program governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement Manage multiple streams of work and ensure alignment with long‑term program outcomes Coordinate vendor engagement, technical input, and organisational readiness activities Deliver clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leaders About You Strong knowledge of payroll systems, payroll transformations, and related legislation/compliance Demonstrated expertise in complex system integrations across enterprise environments Ability to manage discovery phases, feasibility assessments, and business case development Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams, vendors, and technical specialists A structured, delivery‑focused approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity What's in it for you $1,200.00 per day (inc. super) – negotiable for the right candidate 6‑month contract, with strong possibility of extension Hybrid working flexibility Desired Skills and Experience Program Manager SAP Successfactors Success Factors People Systems Payroll LMS Learning Management System HRIS Education Integration ECP Seniority level Entry level Employment type Contract Job function Education, Information Technology, and Project Management Industries Education Interested?
