Business Development Manager – New Business Hunter | $120K + Uncapped Comms We’re looking for a sales hunter — someone who thrives on chasing new business, not farming existing accounts. This is a fast-paced, on-the-road Business Development role with one of Australia’s most respected Ricoh resellers. You’ll meet pre-qualified leads, close deals, and build lasting client relationships across your region. If you’ve sold telecommunications, PABX systems, or technology solutions, you’ll immediately understand our model — high activity, solution selling, and serious earning potential. With a base salary of $80K–$120K and an uncapped commission structure (top earners exceed $400K OTE), this is a role for proven performers who love the thrill of the chase. What You’ll Be Doing Closing warm, pre-booked appointments generated by our in-house marketing and lead‑gen team Prospecting for new clients and building your own pipeline Managing the full sales cycle — from first meeting to signed deal Presenting tailored technology solutions that drive business efficiency Representing a respected, long‑standing brand with professionalism and confidence What We’re Looking For Proven track record in new business sales – true hunters only Experience selling office technology, PABX, or telecommunications solutions Articulate, confident, well‑presented – you’ll be face‑to‑face with decision‑makers daily Self‑driven and competitive – you know your numbers and love exceeding them Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident, with current driver’s licence What We Offer Warm leads and booked appointments – focus on closing, not cold calling all day Base salary $80K–$120K + aggressive commissions (OTE $200K–$450K) Join a well‑established, no‑nonsense sales culture led by industry veterans Ongoing training and support, with clear career progression Flexible locations – work from one of our Sydney offices or nationally About the Company Our client is a long‑standing, top‑performing Ricoh reseller providing innovative print, document, and communication solutions to businesses across Australia.
