We're seeking a highly results-driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding Sydney team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a pure "hunter" role focused on actively identifying and securing new business opportunities within your territory of the Inner Western Suburbs of Melbourne to build a robust sales pipeline. This is not an Account Management position. WHAT YOU NEED TO ACHIEVE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS: Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed your territory targets. Prospect and Qualify: Proactively research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities. Develop Solutions: Accurately measure and estimate projects, crafting compelling, s solution-based proposals, quotes, and tender responses. WHAT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED: Proven track record in B2B new business development and solution selling. Experience in researching and actively targeting new customers. Proficiency in using CRM systems for sales data management. Prior experience in the painting, facilities maintenance, building, or construction industry is highly regarded, but not essential.
