In this dynamic role, you'll lead quality assurance efforts and coordinate training programs to support staff development. You bring:* Proven experience in quality management or clinical leadership.* A Registered Nurse with a Valid AHPRA registration and experience in quality management or aged care is preferable.* Strategic and clinical planning skills, with an understanding of organizational behaviour.* Expertise in change management and cultural change processes, with strong critical thinking.* Ability to identify improvement areas and implement initiatives for better compliance and client satisfaction.* Strong communication skills to deliver impactful, persuasive messages.* Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills for sustainable outcomes.* Collaborative within multidisciplinary teams.* Adaptable to changing demands and priorities.**Join us today and see where it takes you tomorrow** *It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
