Role Overview As an Appointment Setter at WT Capital, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and scheduling appointments for our financial advisers. Your primary goal will be to connect with prospects and set up meetings that will allow our experts to provide tailored investment advice and solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify Prospects: Use various tools and resources to identify potential clients who could benefit from our investment advisory services. Initiate Contact: Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce WT Capital and our services. Schedule Appointments: Arrange meetings between potential clients and our financial advisers, ensuring a smooth handover. Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of interactions with prospects and update the CRM system regularly. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with prospects to nurture relationships and secure appointments. Experience Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is essential. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Experience using dialler software. Experience using calendly. Attributes Highly motivated with a positive attitude. Goal-oriented and driven to achieve targets. Enthusiastic about helping others and making a difference.
