About the role Act as the custodian of the Audika master brand, ensuring consistent brand governance across all touchpoints – throughout the customer journey and in both external and internal communications. Lead Audika's social media channels (including influencer and ambassador programs) and public relations (earned media), leveraging agency support while developing in‑house content where required. Build and maintain a library of client and clinician stories to create compelling brand narratives for owned and paid channels. Support the local execution of integrated brand marketing campaigns and content that strengthen brand presence and drive engagement, with a focus on social media and PR. Enhance the in‑clinic retail experience by attracting prospective customers into hearing clinics and nurturing them from entry through to fitting. Drive geo‑targeted marketing initiatives with brand content to support newly acquired and cluster clinics, including retail opening events, PR and social activities. Collaborate with the Corporate Relations Manager to develop brand content for third‑party partnerships. Key Accountabilities Social Media Channel Management – Manage all social media (organic boosted) brand campaigns and activity, including planning, execution and reporting. Collaborate with the Performance Media Manager to ensure social channel content is aligned and cohesive across both organic and paid media. Localise creative provided by global brand team to ensure it is optimised for performance and compliant within industry guidelines/regulations. Ensure campaigns resonate with target audiences and effectively communicate identified key messages according to our local communications framework. Generate content in‑house (where required) to support select events, new clinic openings and earned media activities. Public Relations (Earned Media) – Manage all public relations (earned media) brand campaigns and activity, including planning, research (if required), execution and reporting. Drive tactical activations, such as World Hearing Day and retail offers/promotions. Support earned media surrounding product launches highlighting state‑of‑the‑art technology with Audika brands' personalised care and expertise. Drive in‑house press releases and media outreach to journalists / editors, to support geo‑targeted clusters and new clinic launches. Clinic / Retail Environment – Bring the Audika brand to life within the clinic / retail environment. Support the development of in‑clinic sales tools (when required) that arm leads and clients with the right information at every touch point, harnessing customer journey triggers and overcoming barriers to purchase. New Clinic Marketing – Develop and implement marketing activity that promotes newly opened clinics and builds their client base, setting them up for success. Activities could include social media posts, PR and geo‑targeted media. Other duties Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all brand‑related matters, implement best practice and measure operational excellence for continual improvement. Work with the global brand team as well as conduct your own regular market analysis and consumer research to understand market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviours. Use these insights to help inform brand strategies, tactics and optimisations. Collaborate within a broader marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy and business objectives. Assist with mapping the customer journey to ensure consistent integration of messaging, design and look and feel through all channels and touchpoints. Desired Skills A broad understanding of marketing in order to contribute meaningfully to overall brand building and performance across the team. Experience managing a social media account and/or brand content within key social media channels (eg. Meta, LinkedIn), including the ability to design and produce social content and copy (when required). Experience managing public relations and demonstrated capability in brand story‑telling, including the confidence to establish media relationships (outside of the PR agency) and produce press releases (when required eg. New clinic openings, New product launch). Proven experience taking an Integrated and Omni‑Channel Marketing approach, ensuring Audika shows up in a consistent way across every touchpoint. Well‑developed creative development, communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. Solid understanding of using data insights, including market trends, consumer behaviour and performance metrics. Ability to analyse brand performance data and use insights to optimise content with a test‑learn mindset. Comfortable with balancing creative ideas with data‑driven decision making. Performance focused with a hunger for results. High learning agility with ability to test and pivot quickly. Adept at building close working relationships with agencies and getting the best out of them to deliver high‑impact, insight‑driven brand content. Demonstrates strong organisational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience 3‑5 years' experience in brand management with a proven track record in executing brand strategies and campaigns. Experience working on blue‑chip brand(s), preferably within FMCG, Over‑the‑Counter (OTC) or Retail B2C marketing experience. Previous experience as a social media manager or PR/communications manager (Preferred). Healthcare industry or experience working in a regulated environment (Preferred). Ability to use platforms for Design (eg. Canva), Video Creation / Editing (eg. InShot) and Content Planning (eg. Trello) (Preferred). We are offering A competitive remuneration package.
