Drive membership growth and retention by embedding the club into the local community. Oversee daily operations, compliance, and presentation standards to maintain a premium environment. Partner with senior leadership to execute proven systems while bringing your own leadership style and ideas. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in sales leadership, business management, or club management. A natural people leader with strong communication skills and the ability to motivate teams. Commercially minded with a track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs. Passionate about health, fitness, and creating a positive culture for members and staff. Highly organised with the ability to balance strategic focus and day-to-day operations. Saturday availability is essential — you’ll be present when the club is at its busiest. Commitment to time in the role is key — we’re looking for someone who will master the role, invest in the community, and drive long-term business performance. Why Join Us?
