Customer Service Trainer 2026 – Help us extend exceptional training to volunteers At Save the Children, we approach customer service with a warmth and sincerity that ensures our customers have a positive and memorable experience each time they Op Shop with us. Our stores are positive and inclusive spaces, we take pride in welcoming the public into them. We will train you to help us deliver the training – these sessions are held alongside the Area Manager to groups of 5-15 volunteers. Training Topics: INSTORE KNOWLEDGE: Products, Store Layout, Being Visible and Available to Customers SERVING CUSTOMERS AT THE COUNTER: Talking to Customers, Loyalty Program, Packing up a Purchase, Offering Receipts DONATIONS: Receiving Donations, Expressing Gratitude, Managing Excess, Furniture Pick up Requests CONVERTING CUSTOMERS TO VOLUNTEERS: Chatting to Customers about How to Sign Up & What's Involved in Volunteering Category: Human Rights Commitment: Regular – less than 6 months Time Required: We are flexible with the times and days – adhoc Training: We will train you to deliver the training – these sessions are held alongside the Area Manager to groups of 5-15 volunteers #J-18808-Ljbffr
