We don’t work nights, weekends or public holidays, so you get time with your family The Role Service Delivery Coordinator Reporting to the Service Manager The Service Delivery Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our customer relationships, handling incoming calls and emails, and supporting our Service Delivery People (SDPs) on the ground. This role is perfect for someone with a delivery background who wants to step into more responsibility and progress their career, while still staying connected to the operational side of service delivery. Main Tasks & Responsibilities Develop and maintain positive customer relationships via phone and email interaction Effectively handle customer enquiries and provide timely customer support Accurate and efficient data entry into systems Work confidently with the Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications Partner with SDPs to ensure our service commitments are consistently met Support operational needs by assisting with deliveries when required Comply with and support all health & safety procedures Key Skills and Experience Required Relevant customer service experience Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people skills, with a clear and confident manner Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Flexible, proactive, and willing to step in operationally when required If this sounds like the opportunity for you, we look forward to receiving your application.
