Warehouse & Customer Service Allrounder

Are you a hands-on, reliable, and experienced Warehouse professional looking to grow your skills in a national business? We need a Warehouse All Rounder who is also good on computers and enjoys delivering high quality customer service to join our distribution centre in Newcastle to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our distribution warehouse. This is a customer-focused role where your ability to work as part of a small team and deliver excellent service will directly impact our customers’ experience and satisfaction. If you are a team player who enjoys working with the team to see them win the day - APPLY NOW In a high volume environment, organisation and motivation will be the key and your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: Duties: Day to day running of all aspects of the warehouse operations with a small dedicated team Loading and unloading of trucks and containers. Overseeing and completing orders - pick, pack and dispatch of orders to ensure deadlines are met and orders all go out accurately. Booking in of freight via online portals and over the phone. Receiving in of stock from local suppliers or branch transfers including putting away fast and correctly. Manual handling, forklift driving, and some lifting involved. General warehouse maintenance and all other duties as required Experience required: Previous experience in a warehouse A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong team and customer relationships A current forklift licence and full driver’s licence High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
