Currently we have over 1800 employees across 55 Dealerships in NSW, QLD, VIC and NZ.We are seeking a high performing, experienced automotive leader for our Volvo dealerships in NSW which are based at Five Dock, Parramatta and Rushcutters Bay.As a business operated by Australia’s most progressive automotive group – Autosports Group, the role of Dealer Principal at Volvo Cars is a key appointment within the Groups senior management team. With significant volume growth, there’s never been a better time to join the Volvo brand and Autosports Group.To be considered for this key hands-on leadership role, you must have a history of success in the luxury segment in Automotive in Australia, be at the very top of your field and be able to demonstrate the following:Lead the day-to-day operations of the dealershipAchieving and exceeding all major budget targetsLeading, developing and coaching staff including change management, team building and achieving sales targetsWorking as part of a larger dealership network and within an ASX Listed companyAchieve KPI targets set by the company and manufacturerSet a clear direction and vision for the businessCreate & maintain a positive, effective & safe working environment for customers & staffSkills & experience:Must have proven experience in either a General Manager or Dealer Principal position with proven success in all key areas of responsibility.Thorough understanding of commercial and financial business management.Ability to build mutually respectful & productive relationships with OEM brand partnersNatural mentoring and leadership skillsAbove all else you need passion, drive, and a desire to deliver above benchmark results.More about Autosports GroupAutosports Group commenced operations in 2006 with the establishment of the Audi Autosports Dealership in Sydney.
