ABOUT THE ROLE Full‑Time Position 24/7 rotating roster (12‑hour shift) Roster 6‑week rotation: 4 weeks of night shifts, 2 weeks of day shifts Previous experience in a call centre, scheduling/rostering is highly desirable Additional hours are available Wilson Security is expanding in the VIC, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the region. This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients. These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The key responsibilities and duties of this position include, but are not limited to: After‑hours/urgent rostering coordination of static guarding services for Wilson’s National Client base. Escalation of operational issues & incidents, including report writing. Call centre duties, including answering phone calls and emails. Data entry of information into proprietary operating systems. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Experience in a high‑volume call/operations centre environment would be highly desirable. Demonstrable computer literacy skills. Strong verbal communication skills, including high levels of customer service and conflict resolution skills. Strong written communication skills, including incident report writing. Ability to multitask and work autonomously in high‑paced team environment. Ability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to think laterally and solve problems.
