We’re looking for someone who vibes Meta Ads, or at least has a sharp eye for what works creatively and strategically. This role is flexible and can be moulded around your skills and experience, as long as you bring value, initiative, and results. You’ll work closely with the Director to strategise, build, and optimise Meta campaigns, while helping shape creative concepts that perform. If you’ve got 2+ years’ experience (agency or client-side), know how to run Meta campaigns end‑to‑end, and have a passion for performance‑driven content, this is for you. Bonus points if you’re handy with CapCut or love editing and experimenting with social‑first content or have been building your own personal brand on IG/Tiktok. What You’ll Be Doing Strategising, building, and optimising Meta Ads campaigns (audience testing, creative iterations, tracking, and scaling) Assisting with or managing Google Ads campaigns (depending on experience) Analysing performance data and providing actionable insights. Helping develop creative angles, hooks, and briefs for new ad concepts. Collaborating directly with the Director to test new strategies and refine ad performance. Keeping campaigns organised and optimised to ensure consistency and scalability. What We’re Looking For 2+ years’ experience managing or assisting Meta Ads campaigns (agency or client‑side). A grasp of Meta Ads Manager and key performance metrics. Confidence in campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting. A creative eye; you know what performs on social and why. Bonus: Experience with CapCut, Reels, or TikTok‑style editing. Organised, proactive, and curious—you’re always testing, learning, and improving.
