This part‑time opportunity at our Melbourne Residential Aged Care Facility offers a chance to make a positive impact in the lives of older Victorians, working 4 days a week with a supportive and progressive team. Responsibilities Ensure all planned and corrective maintenance is carried out safely, effectively and on time. Respond to maintenance requests and dynamic situations promptly. Work autonomously or as part of a team, prioritising tasks and carrying out general repair duties across carpentry, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance. Maintain accurate records and use CMMS or asset‑management software. Qualifications, Knowledge and Requirements Trade qualification and/or significant relevant experience. Experience in maintenance and grounds duties, preferably in an aged care environment. Strong practical skills across maintenance disciplines, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repair. Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work in an environment with multiple conflicting demands. Strong computer literacy, experience with CMMS and asset‑management packages. Experience managing contractor and external service providers. Exposure to scheduled maintenance programs. Valid full driver’s licence for the State of Victoria.
